We have recently bought and African Grey parrot called Alfie. We want to get him saying lots of words, any tips on good training techniques?

My friend has one, and whilst she was out she played a repetitive tape recording of her and her family saying certain words such as "HELLO" etc....within a few weeks he started mimicking it!
