when I arrived:	Iv owned Laura for 12 years. Bought her from a friend , who had only had her a few weeks, but previous to that she had a very abusive time at a dealers yard, so she was very mistrusting of people , and even now if you move a bit sharply she flinches
bio:	Cranky thoroughbred who gets worse with age , but kind and good to handle(most of the time) :)
special features:	She is a L/W T.B , only 15.1hh , but can spin on a six pence when spooked. Now lives with my sister in Brighton, where she gets well pampered.
likes:	Loves being ridden , carrots , and POLOS.
dislikes:	She hates -Stiff bristle brushes , CLIPPERS(with a passion!), any thing different in her food(especially medication), her head being touched , annual injections , Vets prodding . . . . . . . . and on . . . .

poor Laura

on Monday 13/July Laura was kicked in the head by another horse, whilst in the field. This resulted in a very open flesh wound right in the middle of her forehead ! The Vet was called but even under heavy sedation Laura would not allow the vet to put stitches in. :0( We are cleaning it as best we can and putting a fly mask on her to keep flies (maggots) OUT. We ...
